If I was writing this early last year it would have been a glowing review however the quality of leggings has definitely gone down. Most of my casuals and lounge wear have had dodgy stitching where I have had to fix it myself.
The latest lot I had was last November and after those I decided I couldn't get anymore just because they were awful, the stitching was bad, very bad, the fabric was thin and felt very cheap.
Unfortunately the brand has gone downhill and it isn't helped by the group, bad feedback is refused and deleted, comments often turned off and everybody (especially the admins) is quite rude and aggressive at times.
Firstly I was hesitant to leave a review because up until a few days ago I spoke of the brand very highly.
I have 36 pairs of lucy locket loves leggings and other items. I have spent hundreds of pounds on the brand. I loved the unique funky leggings, that they actually sold my size (size 6).
Out of all the pairs i own I sadly have had to sew/repair 11 of them only after a few wears. The quality sadly isn't amazing, the stitching is poor and not robust enough. And I've had some where there's printing imperfections.
I bought a pair of capris a few months a go and noticed they were longer so I sent customer services an email just to enquire if they had changed. I was very polite. I received a very quick response but it was a little obrubt and rude.
Reading a few other negative reviews has sadly put things into perspective and made me realise a few things I have ignored/brushed a side for far too long. There constantly offers, as in almost daily, I have never paid full price which makes me think they're pushing you to constantly buy buy buy. They say things to get your sympathy vote like "selling out fast, these won't be returning, buy now or miss out, look new designs" and at times it's unconftably pushy, i for one have been a sucker and bought items because I've felt pressured and the FOMO has been strong, and then regretted it because I've spent more money. I've then seen the same items still listed weeks later and I was informed by a friend who used to work for trading standards that you can't reduce items unless they've been full price for so long and a few other things which concerns me a bit.
The Facebook group and Facebook page are sadly where it also goes downhill for me. I'm trying not to go on Facebook much and may leave the group because I just can't deal with it. It's like being in a communist country, other reviews are true, if you post anything negative or isn't shining rainbows on the company its swifly deleted, comments are constantly turned off on posts, it's very heavily cebsored, whinging whiny posts from admin and the company owner are posted to get your sympathy vote and again to entice you into buying items. I'm sorry but please don't post that your having having stressful day packing orders and your really busy and then give discount codes offers, if its that bad why do it? I sadly don't feel like constructive criticism is taken on board if you put it on Facebook you literally get your head bitten off. People have posted how desperate they are to fit in and have the latest designs and the lengths they've gone to to be able to buy them and hiding parcels from their partners or parents. Thats a really concerning behaviour to fuel and encourage especially when the company say they won't take loans out or whatever due to the stress of money or whatever. I've realised how much I've spent and how I've been coersed into buying all the time and I feel annoyed at myself to be honest and upset. I used to love the company and lucy but I sadly won't be buying anymore. I've read somewhere else that they're flagging negative reviews to get them removed and just posting generic responses. I want to remain anonymous because I don't want to be vilified or upset. If you asked me to write this a week a gocit would have been a gleaming 5 star review but I've had an apiphony and this is my opinion.
I'm sorry.
Edit: the company have just flagged my review and are requesting more information about an order. so you can identify and publicly flog me?

I’ve placed a couple of orders now with LLL, and I’d like to say their kids leggings are fine - no issues there.
However, the adult active leggings are awful - quality is poor, fabric is cheap and nasty, they are uncomfortable as too low cut and they are absolutely not squat proof (in fact they’re rather see through, despite me wearing the right size). I genuinely felt awful about myself when I tried these on, and it put me off actually leaving the house in them to go for a run. I have quite a few pairs of running leggings from competitors, with the same sort of price point, and the LLL are nowhere near comparable. The price is extortionate for the quality.
I shall be repurposing my actives when making fancy dress costumes for the kids, they’re not fit for purpose otherwise and I’d rather maintain my body confidence by wearing other brands!
Wearing these leggings is a huge confidence boost. Firstly they fit like a dream, before buying from Lucy Locket Loves, any leggings or shorts I bought either didn't stay up on the waist, was too baggy in the legs or even migrated north when wearing shorts which didn't help confidence always having to pick wedgies out. Wearing Lucy locket leggings is so comfortable and they fit so well that I'm still amazed. I haven't bought any other leggings in over a year now. Best thing I ever did.
Secondly the designs are so bright and happy and cheerful that it's a huge things putting on a pair and even better getting a new design. Designs are always changing from dinosaurs, Alice in wonderland, Chinese lucky cats to tartans, galaxy and stars and recently plain coloured ones.
You can buy full length, capri and shirts alongside matching croptops, technic tshirts long t-shirt dresses and hoodies.
They are always taking on feedback and bringing out designs to match this. Got my mam addicted so she also buys them for me. ????
Lovely designs and comfort. It’s hard to find leggings where the waist band does not roll down but LLL leggings work a treat over my mum apron!
As for the community group - not sure how that’s relevant to the product, seems a little bit like a witch hunt for people to leave poor reviews based on something that is not directly about the products or customer service regarding purchases. In a world where you can be anything.....BE KIND
I've bought several pairs of casuals and loungewear and I live in them, yes I noticed the material felt abit different the 2nd pair I bought but I still find them comfortable. I've also bought some for my sister as gifts and she said she loves them as well
Great leggings and beautiful patterns. very happy with all of my purchases, never had any issues
I have quite a few pairs of Lucy Lockets now, and so do my daughters. We are all different sizes and the brand caters for us well.
I was pleased to read the capris are a little longer now, as I have a few pairs but they are too short for me really, I prefer mid shin for capris (I am 5'4)
I have mostly actives. I'm a PT and fitness instructor and they are great. The casuals are super soft and I do home workouts in them.
Its been good to see the brand grow and branch out.
Highly recommended.

Stunning company with a fantastic ethos based on inclusivity, positivity and support for its clients. Grown exponentially in no time at all thanks to hard work, thorough quality checks and excellent use of social media. The products are wide ranging, fun, comfortable and always of the high quality.

Love every pair Iv ever bought. They made me exercise in 2020 and I credit them with making me fitter ❤️
I too love the FB group. Seeing people’s posts today just makes me sad. If you don’t like it, don’t buy it. If you don’t want to know about Lucy guess what, you don’t have to follow the page. People seem to be on a mission to tear her down today and I don’t know why.
Lucy even refunded me the difference when I had bought a pair of leggings that went into a flash 2hrs later, not many business I know would honour that!
I absolutely loved the idea at first, got one pair of pre-loved of activewear and I liked them so much that I ordered a couple of new ones. I was shocked to see the fabric begins to scuff really fast after 2-3 wears? It's like they're different products. I am quite disappointed and won't buy again. The customer service is great though.
